To help create and preserve a toxin/allergen free environment and all around comfort for our guests we respectfully ask that shoes be removed and left at the front door at all times.
Smoking is not permitted inside the B&B.
Smokers are welcome to relax on our front deck.
We are sorry but we cannot accommodate any guests' pets.
For the safety of all our guests only those people registered with Ambiance B&B are permitted on the premises overnight.
Check-in is generally anytime after 3:00 pm and Check-out is 11:00 am however these times can be adjusted to accommodate your specific needs.
Various discounts may be available year round.

Cancellation Policy
A standard non-refundable $25.00/room administration fee will be applied to your credit card in the event of any cancellation.
Should you cancel less than 7 days before your arrival date, a 50% cancellation fee of the entire reservation will be charged to the credit card provided to secure the booking. If cancelled less than 3 days before your arrival date or you do not arrive at all, 100% of the entire reservation will be applied. In the event of early departure or a reduction in the number of nights originally confirmed 100% of the remaining reservation will be applied. This policy applies to each room reserved and charges are subject to applicable taxes.
*Reservations held over Canadian Holidays, Special Events, local Festivals, Conferences or when reserving two or more rooms at a time will always require 7 full days notice of cancellation before your arrival date or 100% of the reservation will be charged*
**A Cancellation fee will not be applied in the event that you reschedule your entire reservation, permitting the dates you choose are available. If we are able to refill the entire vacancy a full refund will be applied to your credit card**
